Shipping & Returns

 

Shipping Information

We ship worldwide primarily via the US Postal Service (USPS).  If you have a PO Box, please provide a physical address for shipping your package. 

 

Our normal shipping process takes place within 48 hours when we receive confirmed payment notification.  We do our very best to ship within this time frame. 

 

All International shipments will include postal insurance.

 

 

Returns & Exchanges

We take great care in filling your order.  However, should you receive an order with an error; we will try our utmost to correct the problem.  Do not despair; just contact our Customer Care Department at CustomerCare@LeesLinesLLC.com with your concern and to obtain your return authorization number.

 

If part of an order is returned that received a discount, the refunded amount will reflect a prorated discount.

 

Lee's Lines LLC does not reimburse any shipping and handling charge on purchases unless the item was damaged or incorrect.  No returns are accepted for any reason after 60 days from the date of the order.

 

 

Defective or Incorrect Items

It is necessary to report the problem within 5 days upon arrival of the order.  Contact us at our Customer Care Department and we will replace the item.  

 

Missing Items

If an item appears to be missing from your package, it is recommended that you please take the following steps before contacting us:

  • Check package thoroughly as items can shift under packaging materials during transit.
  • Please verify that the items are not on backorder.

 

For Lee's Lines LLC to ship the missing item, it is necessary that you report the missing item to our Customer Care Department within 5 business days upon arrival of the order.

 

The following items CAN be returned or exchanged:

  • Unopened packages
  • Damaged goods
  • Incorrect items
  • Merchandised cuts (i.e. fabric, ribbon, trim, lace, etc) A 15% restocking fee will be assessed.

 

The following items CANNOT be returned or exchanged:

  • Special ordered items
  • Opened packaging (i.e. beads, sequins, needles, kits, etc.)
  • Sale/Clearance/Closeout merchandise
  • Books, Patterns, Calendars, Magazines

 

Books and patterns cannot be returned unless we sent you an incorrect or defective item.  This is to respect the copyright laws.  It would be unethical and illegal for us to let anyone "borrow" a book or pattern and then return it.  As designers, this is an issue we are very sensitive about.

 

 

Status of Return and Refund

Lee's Lines LLC is not responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged during transit.  All items returned to us must be in the same condition as originally received.  Therefore, we highly recommend packaging the return item with care as well as using a traceable carrier that can provide proof of delivery.  

 

To process your return, Lee's Lines LLC must first receive the original item.  Once the return has been received, we will credit the appropriate account within 7-14 business days.  A notification email will be sent to you stating the return has been processed and the proper account has been credited.

Exchanges

If you're interested in exchanging your item, it must be made within 14 days of the purchase date and in the same condition as received.  Please contact the Customer Care Department at CustomerCare@LeesLinesLLC.com with your concern and to make the necessary arrangements.
